LIDIS Celebrates the Opening of THE NIXON Hotel Athens — Part of the Jules Verne Luxury Hotels Collection

We are pleased to announce the official opening of THE NIXON® Luxury Suites & Apartment 4* Hotel in Athens, a landmark addition to our hospitality portfolio and part of the Jules Verne Luxury Hotels Collection by Lidis Property Partners.

Located in the heart of Zografou, Athens, THE NIXON® embodies our vision for design-led urban regeneration, sustainable development, and sophisticated hospitality. The property began operations earlier this summer and now marks its official inauguration, celebrated alongside valued partners, city officials, and strategic stakeholders from the public and private sectors. The official opening ceremony of THE NIXON®  took place on Thursday, October 2, 2025, attended by distinguished guests including the Mayor of Zografou, Ms. Tina Kafatsaki, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Enterprise Greece, banking institutions, and corporate partners of LIDIS®.

The event concluded with a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the beginning of a new chapter in Athens’ hospitality landscape and the successful delivery of another key project within our strategic investment portfolio.
