Vasilios Kargas is Commercial Director – Hospitality Assets at Lidis Property Partners.

Mr. Kargas is responsible for the commercial strategy and revenue performance of the firm’s hospitality portfolio, overseeing pricing, distribution, forecasting and overall top-line optimization across assets. He plays a key role in driving profitability, market positioning and operational alignment between revenue, sales and asset management functions.

He brings extensive experience in revenue management and commercial strategy across hotels, travel platforms and transportation businesses. Prior to joining Lidis Property Partners, Mr. Kargas served as Head of Revenue Management at SeaJets, where he led group-wide pricing and commercial strategy, overseeing multiple business units and driving significant improvements in yield and efficiency.

Previously, he held senior roles at Brown Hotels, including Director of Revenue and Global Revenue Manager, where he led revenue strategy, pre-opening performance and distribution across a portfolio of more than 20 hotels in Europe. He has also held positions at Hotelbeds Group, managing large hotel portfolios and optimizing pricing, contracting and channel performance across key Greek destinations.

Mr. Kargas is recognized for his data-driven approach, strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies. His experience across hospitality, travel and platform-based distribution provides Lidis Property Partners with a competitive edge in maximizing asset performance and scaling its hospitality platform.

Mr. Kargas holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and has completed specialized studies in Revenue Management at Cornell University.
