Iliana Koumaradeli is Office Manager at Lidis Property Partners.

Ms. Koumaradeli is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and supporting the coordination of internal teams and external stakeholders. She plays a key role in maintaining operational flow across the platform, supporting senior management and contributing to the execution of ongoing projects.

Prior to joining Lidis Property Partners, Ms. Koumaradeli held roles as Personal and Executive Assistant to senior leadership across shipping and technology companies, where she managed complex calendars, coordinated communications, prepared reports and presentations, and ensured the smooth execution of business operations.

She has also gained experience in asset and project support through her role at Universal Shipping Alliance, contributing to property and yacht management projects, including financial tracking, operational coordination, marketing support and renovation monitoring. Her multidisciplinary background across operations, client service and project support enables her to operate effectively in fast-paced and demanding environments.

Ms. Koumaradeli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of West Attica and is currently pursuing an MBA at the European University of Cyprus, alongside professional studies with the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
