Dennis Lidis is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Lidis Property Partners.

Mr. Lidis founded the firm in 1991 and has led its evolution into a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and operating platform. Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than $1 billion of investments executed through private equity and direct ownership structures across multiple market cycles.

Mr. Lidis serves as Chairman of the Board and chairs the firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. He is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, capital allocation, investment oversight and major transaction execution. Under his leadership, Lidis Property Partners has developed its Different Thinking investment philosophy and the proprietary LIDIS 5 Senses development methodology, combining disciplined underwriting, design-led value creation and active asset management to deliver investment performance above industry benchmarks.

In addition to his leadership of the firm, Mr. Lidis has maintained a longstanding commitment to philanthropy, the arts and community initiatives. He has supported a range of children’s and women’s health causes and was awarded the Citation of Honour by The Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney in recognition of his support for ovarian cancer research and the care of women affected by the disease. Lidis Property Partners was the inaugural corporate sponsor of the LIDIS® General Paediatrics and Isolation Ward at Sydney Children’s Hospital.

Mr. Lidis completed Harvard Business School Executive Education’s Real Estate Management Program: Finance, Design, Leadership. He also holds a Diploma in Real Estate from North Sydney College, a Project Management certificate from the University of Sydney, completed the AGSM Venture Capital Financing program, and is accredited under ASIC Regulatory Guide 146.
