Christos – Sotirios Damianakis is Corporate Legal Counsel at Lidis Property Partners.

Mr. Damianakis specializes in civil and real estate law, with a focus on property transactions, acquisitions and lease agreements. He has extensive experience in the legal structuring and execution of real estate investments, including due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, and representation in notarial procedures.

He supports the firm’s transactional activity, advising on legal risk and ensuring compliance across all stages of the investment lifecycle. In parallel, he is responsible for coordinating with public authorities, managing permitting processes and PPPs, contributing to the efficient execution of projects.

Mr. Damianakis brings significant experience in public affairs and institutional relations management, grounded in his advisory roles in the political sphere and his election as Board Member and Special Secretary of the Pancretan Association. His background across public institutions and regulatory environments contributes to the firm's ability to navigate administrative processes and execute transactions with speed and efficiency.

Prior to joining Lidis Property Partners, Mr. Damianakis operated as an independent attorney, advising clients on real estate transactions, title verification and land registry matters, and managing end-to-end legal processes in coordination with notaries, engineers and financial institutions. He previously served as a legal associate at a notary office, focusing on contract drafting and title control.

Mr. Damianakis holds a Law Degree from the Università degli Studi di Macerata and is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
