Arestina Karantakou is Partner and Head of Accounts at Lidis Property Partners, where she is responsible for the firm’s accounting, financial control, and reporting functions. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee.

Since joining Lidis Property Partners in 2022, Ms. Karantakou has held responsibilities across accounting, financial control, asset management, and investment analysis. She has played an important role in establishing the firm’s Athens office infrastructure, implementing internal financial systems and controls, and managing investor reporting and accounts as the business has grown.

Ms. Karantakou is closely involved in overseeing the firm’s financial reporting processes, maintaining reporting accuracy and discipline, and supporting asset-level and investment analysis. Her role has been integral to strengthening transparency, operational rigor, and the institutional development of the platform.

Prior to joining Lidis Property Partners, Ms. Karantakou worked at Galerie de Beauté as a Senior Accountant. She holds an MSc in Management Science and Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
