Dennis Lidis is Chairman, CEO, CIO and Founder of Lidis Property Partners. 

Mr. Lidis has been involved in all phases of Lidis Property Partners development since its founding in 1991. He delivered more than $1BL of successful real estate projects through various private equity funds and through multiple market cycles.  

Mr. Lidis serves as Chairman of the firm’s Company Board, it’s Management Committee, it’s Investment Committee and its Real Estate Committee. Under his leadership the firm has established the Different Thinking investment approach, the Lidis 5 senses real estate development approach and delivered investment returns above industry benchmark. 

Mr. Lidis is an active patron of the arts and philanthropist with a history of supporting children and women’s health projects. He is the recipient of the Citation of Honor for outstanding support of the research into Ovarian Cancer and for the care of women suffering from the disease by the Royal Hospital of Women, Sydney. The firm was the major corporate sponsor of the LIDIS® General Paediatrics and Isolation Ward of Sydney Children’s Hospital.

Mr. Lidis completed the Venture Capital Financing program at the Australian Graduate School of Management, received his Real Estate Diploma from North Sydney College and holds a PMP Project Management Certificate from the University of Sydney. He is accredited under the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, RG 146.
