In Athens, Lidis™ over the past 24 months delivered 2 retrofitting residential buildings and have another 2 underway.

We learned a lot in the process and as certifications and industry benchmarks improve, so will our reporting capabilities.

In comparison to the demolish and build new strategy, retrofitting requires a different project management approach and consultant selection.
